Extra protection with the AgeChecked Co-ordinated Partnership with Assured Advice
AgeChecked now has a Co-ordinated Partnership with Assured Advice and clients that wish to join up will benefit from the protection it offers, provided they are following the advice when they apply the age checks. This just means if your local trading standards officer knocks on the door, you explain you are part of this program and they will accept that you are operating in compliance with the law provided you are following this advice.
The scheme covers all of AgeChecked’s current products and is applicable to the products and services covered by the legal framework – alcohol, vaping & e-cigarettes, certain offensive weapons, fireworks, and videos.
